Precautions

  • No pets are allowed on the trip; otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the trip without refund.
  • If you have any questions, please contact customer service directly.
  • Luxury business vehicles are available in limited quantities; please contact customer service before placing an order.
  • Prices may fluctuate during special holidays, including national holidays, Spring Festival, consecutive holidays, and other special occasions. Please confirm the details before ordering.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Policy: Passengers who cancel their booking 14 days before the start of their ride can receive a full refund.
  • If a passenger cancels their booking 10-13 days before the start of the ride, a 30% handling fee will be deducted from the order cost.
  • If a passenger cancels their booking 7-9 days before the start of the ride, 50% of the order cost will be deducted as a handling fee.
  • If a passenger cancels their booking 4-6 days before the scheduled start date, 60% of the order cost will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
  • If a passenger requests cancellation 2-3 days before the start of the ride, 70% of the order fee will be deducted as a handling fee.
  • If a passenger requests cancellation one day before the start of the ride, 80% of the order fee will be deducted as a handling fee.
  • Passengers cannot request a refund on the day their ride begins.
  • If you request a rescheduling due to personal reasons, it will be considered a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the aforementioned cancellation terms.
  • If participation in the activity is terminated due to factors not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
  • In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively notify you of the postponement or refund.
